3. keepcreating.in and Karan Kumar are not responsible for any payment errors, technical failures, or banking issues during transactions.

4. In cases of incorrect payments, we reserve the right to review the refund request at our sole discretion.

5. Users must ensure that they complete their registration correctly and verify all details before making a payment.

6. keepcreating.in holds full authority to review and adjust course enrollments if necessary due to payment errors.

7. Users are responsible for keeping records of their Transaction IDs and payment receipts provided by the payment gateway for any future reference.

8. Failure to attend a session after registration will not entitle the user to a refund or rescheduling.

9. Payments made after a course registration deadline may result in the application not being considered, and no refund will be provided under such circumstances.

10. By making a payment, users agree to these terms unconditionally.
